Success for Donatella Zampoli arrived early. Her first experience in the culinary field was at the Mas del Saugo restaurant, where her achievements were met with great acclaim, leading to the award of a prestigious Michelin Star. Since then she has developed her expertise as a much sought-after culinary consultant, enhancing the reputations of prestigious companies ranging from Cantinetta Antinori in Florence to Frescobaldi, the leading wine producer in Tuscany, where she developed Cooking Courses, having moved on from working alongside Wolfgang Puck as consulting executive chef for Italian cuisine when the Orient Lines launched its luxury cruise liner, Marco Polo, in the early 1990s.

Today, Donatella offers the expertise she gained through these extraordinary experiences to any interested parties via her cooking courses.
